Commissioner Arrington Announces Dates for Annual “It Takes A Village” School Supply Giveaway & Book Scholarships
Commissioner Arrington is inviting college students who live in or go to school in Fulton County to participate in the College Essay Competition. Participating students are required to submit a 1500 word typed essay discussing the top 3 political issues they believe should be addressed by the next President of the United States.
All participants must be students currently enrolled in college. All essays must be submitted to marvin.arrington@fultoncountyga.gov no later than 4 p.m. on Friday, July 12th. Ten competition winners will be announced and will receive $500 book scholarships on Friday, July 28th at the Gladys S. Dennard Library.
