Fulton County Commissioner Marvin S. Arrington, Jr. Presents Youth Job Readiness Webinar
The Commissioner is partnering with WorkSource Fulton to bridge the gap between education and employment
Atlanta – Fulton Commissioner Marvin S. Arrington, Jr., of District 5, is inviting youth to attend a Job Readiness Webinar at 4 p.m. on Friday, April 19, 2024. The Commissioner in collaboration with WorkSource Fulton is presenting the virtual workshop to assist in bridging the gap between education and employment.
Participants will receive information and discuss how to build resumes, techniques to ensure a successful interview, professional networking, and workplace etiquette.
“This webinar is just the tool needed to prepare any young person looking to ensure that their job search is successful,” said Commissioner Arrington. “In conjunction with WorkSource Fulton, we are bringing the professional experts to the table so that the young job seekers have the tools and resources needed.”
By participating in the Job Readiness Webinar, students will be prepared to engage with employers seeking applicants on Saturday, May 19, during the Summer Teen Hiring Fair. Students are invited to attend the fair, which will be held at Welcome All Park at 4255 Will Lee Road, South Fulton, GA 30349.
